You'll own major components of client deliverables, partner directly with architects and analysts to translate requirements into reliable, production-grade pipelines, and bring technical recommendations into client-facing discussions. Healthcare and PBM experience is a strong plus as you help clients across industries unlock more value from their cloud data investments.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain data pipelines and platforms across Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and other cloud environmentsOwn major components of ingestion, transformation, and data modeling layers, ensuring they are reliable, tested, and performantBuild data quality, governance, and observability practices into the pipelines you deliverPartner with architects and analysts to translate client requirements into working, production-grade solutionsOptimize pipelines and platforms for cost and performance across compute and storageParticipate in client-facing discussions, contributing technical recommendations under the direction of project leadsMentor Associates and Senior Associates on the team as neededDocument delivered solutions so clients can operate them independently after handoffQualifications4-7 years in data engineering with production experience on modern data platformsHands-on experience with one or more of Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and SnowflakeStrong SQL and Python, with solid grounding in data modeling and pipeline orchestrationExperience delivering on AWS or AzureFamiliarity with version control, CI/CD, and testing practices applied to data engineeringComfort working directly with clients in a consulting or delivery settingHealthcare or PBM domain experience is a plusThe salary range for this role is $110,000 to $145,000 or the hourly equivalent.
