Responsible for complaint trending, post-market change assessments, reliability investigations, and root cause analysis to improve product reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities: Perform complaint trending and post-market data analysis . Lead issue investigations and root cause analysis (RCA) . Conduct reliability studies, risk assessments, and design evaluations. Analyze product/process performance data and identify failure trends. Support corrective actions and recommend reliability improvements. Develop reliability test methods, DOE studies, and statistical analysis. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams. Document findings and communicate recommendations to stakeholders. Required Skills: Experience in reliability engineering, quality engineering, or product investigations . Strong knowledge of: Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Complaint Trending Risk Analysis Reliability Testing Data Analysis Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage engineering projects. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. 2-7 years of relevant experience (4+ years preferred). Medical device or regulated industry experience preferred.
