The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-conscious, and capable of completing essential job duties independently with minimal supervision.\n\nHours: 6:15am -4:30pm Mon-Fri\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\n\nSafely and efficiently operate CAT 988 Pit Loader\nFollow all company health and safety policies and regulations.\nInspect, clean, and lubricate equipment and perform routine safety checks.\nEnsure equipment is properly positioned before operation, shutdown, loading, or unloading.\nPromptly report equipment faults or maintenance concerns to the Plant Manager or Foreman.\nAssist with other construction-related duties as needed.\nMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.\nParticipate in required meetings and training sessions.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n\nExperience operating a loader in a quarry or large construction site preferred\nStrong awareness of workplace and equipment safety requirements.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nDependable, attentive, and committed to quality performance.\nWillingness to assist with general construction duties when needed.\n\nIf you are an experienced equipment operator who takes pride in working safely, efficiently, and independently, we encourage you to apply.\n\nBenefits start day 1 of employment and include:\n\nMedical, dental, vision, life insurance, long term disability\nPaid time off: personal, vacation, holidays, 5 well being days yearly\nMatching 401K and retirement pension\n\nLuck Companies is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
