This is a great opportunity for an experienced material handler who is comfortable operating a tow motor and safely moving large, heavy, and uniquely shaped materials in a manufacturing environment.\n\nThe ideal candidate has experience handling oversized or awkward materials and understands the importance of safety, precision, and careful equipment operation. Candidates with experience loading and unloading large equipment, steel, fabricated materials, or other non-standard loads are encouraged to apply.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nSafely operate a tow motor/forklift to move materials throughout the facility\nLoad and unload trucks with incoming materials and finished products\nMove large and oddly shaped materials safely through production areas and aisles\nLift and move materials ranging from 5–10,000 pounds using proper equipment and procedures\nComplete daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance checks\nAccurately complete and maintain Bill of Lading documentation and material records\nPackage and band finished products according to company procedures\nIdentify and resolve basic packaging or banding issues and communicate concerns when needed\nFollow all safety guidelines and equipment operating procedures\nWork closely with team members across shifts to ensure smooth operations\nComplete assigned work accurately and efficiently\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh school diploma or GED\n1+ year of manufacturing or material handling experience\nPrior tow motor/forklift experience required\nForklift certification preferred\nExperience handling large, heavy, or awkwardly shaped materials preferred\nStrong understanding of safe material handling practices\nBasic shop math skills\nAbility to read and complete basic documentation\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make routine decisions\nGood verbal and written communication skills\nTeam-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and quality\nAbility to sit and stand throughout the shift\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\nSteel-toe boots required\nWhy Join Us?\n\nThis is an opportunity to join a respected manufacturing team where safety, quality, and teamwork are priorities.
