But we want to change that and we need your help!\n\nJob Description\nWhat You'll Do\n\nAs program director, you'll help lead and grow your community's LifeWise program by:\n\nBuilding Community Relationships\n\nDevelop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches and community\nmembers\n\nServe as a trusted representative of LifeWise Academy in the local community\n\nCommunicate the vision and impact of the program\n\nLeading Fundraising and Community Support\n\nCoordinate local fundraising efforts and community giving campaigns\n\nLead donor communication, appreciation and stewardship\n\nConduct church presentations, fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities and\ncommunity outreach initiatives\n\nEncourage ongoing financial partnerships to help sustain and grow the program\n\nUtilize the LifeWise Academy fundraising strategies\n\nLeading and Supporting Team Members\n\nRecruit, train, encourage and support team members\n\nFoster a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture for students and families\n\nCoordinate teams to ensure classes run smoothly and safely\n\nManaging Program Operations\n\nOversee communication, scheduling, enrollment and basic administrative tasks\n\nAssist with budgeting, fundraising coordination and stewardship ofresources\n\nMaintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\n\nStudents receive excellent biblical instruction and experience the gospel as part of every class\n\nFamilies are supported and are connected to the local church\n\nTeam members feel equipped and valued\n\nDonors and community partners feel connected to the mission and impact\n\nSchools experience professionalism and partnership\n\nChurches unite around a mission that impacts the next generation\n\nThe program operates sustainably, with the funding,resources, systems and partnerships needed to grow and serve students for years to come\n\nYou Might Be a Great Fit If You:\n\nLove building relationships and bringing people together\n\nAre passionate aboutreaching public school students with the gospel\n\nEnjoy leadership, organization and community engagement\n\nAre comfortable inviting others to financially support a meaningful mission\n\nCommunicate clearly and professionally\n\nCan manage details while keeping sight of the bigger mission\n\nThrive in ministry, nonprofit, education or community leadership settings\n\nAre self-motivated, dependable and flexible\n\nExperience in ministry, education, fundraising, administration, volunteer coordination or community\nengagement is helpful, but a heart forthe mission is essential.\n\nWhy People Love This Role\n\nMeaningful Impact: You'll help bring Bible education to students who may never otherwise hear the gospel\n\nFlexible Part-Time Work: This role is ideal for someone seeking meaningful, mission-driven work while balancing family, ministry or other professional commitments\n\nStrong Support and Training: You won't do this alone.
