Teleworking has been approved by the COR but yet to be contractually executed at this time.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nDesign, development and maintain Kubernetes Platform Infrastructure, including but not limited to:\nProduce and maintain functional Kubernetes Infrastructure as Code according to consumer needs based on the ticket requirements (such as: solutions for Security/Policy & Network, Monitoring & Logging, Storage, CI/CD Pipelines, Service Mesh and Backup & Restore)\nCollaborate with stakeholders, development and product teams to understand operational product requirements, feature specifications, Architecture, CM and Testing processes\nManage time for assigned tasks to ensure progression/status updates and provide Level of Effort (LOE) forecasting with stakeholders\nUnderstand and assist with documenting implementation requirements definition fulfillment, prior to execution of ticket\nEnsure industry and security best practices across the team are known, in accordance with SSP and ISSO(s) and implemented\nResearch and study trends with relevant tools and technologies from the industry and Agency\nParticipate in team code reviews, cross-training, brainstorming, sprint review/demo, sprint planning sessions\nCreate and maintain clear and concise implementation documentation and SOPs\nReport bugs and new feature proposals to the CCB\nAfter hours call in support as needed\nRequired Experience:\nFamiliar with Kubernetes (K8s) Application Development and Administration\nContainerization\nSkilled in Linux (RHEL) Administration including storage and interface management, hardening, patching and bash scripting\nSkilled in Ansible or similar automation technologies for configuration management, maintenance and deployment of operating systems and application\nVirtualization/VMware\nCloud-Providers (AWS, AZURE or similar)\nMicroservices\nTerraform\nGo\nPython\nFamiliar with GitLab or similar\nFamiliar with Helm Charts\nStrong communication skills, self starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment on new features, bug fixes and troubleshooting\nMust have an active Sec + IAD 2 certification\nPreferred Technologies, Skillsets & Certificates:\nCKA Certification or Similar (Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Certified Kubernetes Application Developer or Certified Kubernetes Security)\nGitOPS\nCI/CD\nUnit Testing\nIngress/Egress\nNetworking\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC)\n\nQuevera is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
