{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"2f9eeb616be4cbca0d6ade00","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/2f9eeb616be4cbca0d6ade00","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/2f9eeb616be4cbca0d6ade00","title":"Psychologist","description":"Behavioral Framework – a leading provider of ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism - is looking for a Psychologist!\nBehavioral Framework Highlights:\nBehavioral Framework is devoted to the pursuit of providing excellent, honest, and compassionate care within the autism community.\nWe believe in the dedication and passion of our professional team and the science behind ABA to make a difference in the families and children we serve.\nRanked on the Inc. 5000 list for 3 consecutive years.\n1 of 4 Autism providers in the country to earn 3-year accreditation + telehealth from the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence.\nJob Summary\nThe Psychologist has two main responsibilities:\nconducting diagnostic evaluations for individuals ages 1 to 21, evaluating results, and delivering treatment recommendations to families.\nproviding clinically excellent supervision to postdoctoral fellows, master’s level psychometricians, and doctoral externs.\nEssential Functions\nClinical Responsibilities:\nSelects, administers, scores, and interprets psychological tests and complete psychological assessments.\nConduct diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessments (e.g. ADOS-2, ADI-R, MIGDAS-2) for autism and differential diagnosis.\nDevelop and deliver appropriate, individualized treatment recommendations to families.\nProvide high quality and efficient clinical services and reports.\nParticipate in continuity of care for children evaluated and diagnosed.\nParticipate as a member of the interdisciplinary clinical team.\nProgram Development:\nProvide clinical supervision to postdoctoral fellows, master’s level psychometricians (psychology associates), and doctoral externs in clinical psychology:\nPlan and execute weekly individual supervision sessions for pre-licensed clinicians, including training, direct and indirect observation (including live observations, video-based observations, and review of permanent products), and progress monitoring.\nPlan and executive weekly group supervision sessions, to include case presentations, delivering didactic presentations, and facilitating group interactions between pre-licensed clinicians at various professional levels.\nReview and provide feedback on test administration, scoring, and report writing.\nShare observations with Program Lead for purposes of monitoring performance of pre-licensed clinicians and develop plans to provide additional support as needed.\nMaintain supervision forms in an organized, shared location as directed by Clinical Leadership and in accordance with state mandates and ethical guidelines.\nStay up to date on current and relevant ethical codes, guidelines, and requirements.\nCollaboration\nAdditional opportunities are available based on a candidate’s interest and experience.
