You will oversee project execution, support field teams, manage cost and schedule performance, coordinate project documentation, and help strengthen the systems and processes behind Reede Construction's continued growth.\n\nThe ideal candidate brings strong heavy civil or transportation construction experience and is comfortable working directly with crews, project stakeholders, DOT representatives, subcontractors, and company leadership.\n\nThis position is based in Aberdeen, South Dakota, with regular travel to active project sites.
