Our team of compassionate professionals are united by one goal: meaningful progress for every child and family we serve.Position OverviewDragonfly Cares is seeking a credentialed Special Education Teacher to provide individualized in-home instruction to children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a dedicated educator who is passionate about reaching diverse families and bridging language barriers to deliver exceptional care in the home and community. The hourly rate range for this role would be $55-65/hr based on experience in the field.What You'll DoDeliver individualized academic and behavioral instruction in clients' homes using evidence-based, culturally responsive practicesProvide services ensuring effective communication with familiesDesign and implement personalized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to each child's goalsConduct Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions to empower caregiversCollect, monitor, and analyze client progress data; adjust interventions to maximize outcomesCollaborate with clinical directors, parents, caregivers, and school teams for coordinated, culturally sensitive careMaintain accurate, detailed records including session notes, progress reports, and intervention logsStay current with advancements in special education, ABA research, and evidence-based practicesDragonfly Cares provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or any other protected status.
