Our family-based firm is dedicated to creating financial plans that will set our clients up for success both now and in the future.We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized full-time Paraplanner to support our advisors by preparing comprehensive financial plans. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes planning with opportunities to grow.What You Will Be Responsible ForFinancial Planning & AnalysisAnalyze client financial data and build comprehensive financial plansPrepare core planning reports (net worth, cash flow, retirement projections, risk analysis, etc.)Identify gaps, opportunities, and recommendations to improve client outcomesRun planning scenarios (retirement timing, Social Security, tax strategies, etc.)Client Meeting PreparationGather and organize client financial documentsPrepare meeting materials, reports, and presentationsDevelop clear, client-friendly planning summaries and recommendationsEnsure advisor is fully prepared for all meetingsStrategy Development SupportAssist in designing planning strategies across:Retirement planningInvestment allocationTax strategies (including Roth conversions)Insurance and estate considerationsProvide insights and analysis to support advisor recommendationsClient Service & Follow-UpConduct proactive client follow-up (calls, scheduling, next steps)Track and manage action items after meetingsEnsure timely execution of planning recommendationsMaintain strong, professional client communicationWorkflow & CoordinationManage CRM updates and planning workflowsCoordinate meeting scheduling and advisor calendar supportPartner with operations team to ensure smooth implementation (without owning paperwork processing)Track outstanding tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracksAll other duties as assignedThe Expertise We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma (Required)3-5+ Years Financial Planning or Wealth Management Experience (Required)State-Specific Life/Health Insurance License (Required)Series 65 or Similar License (Required)Prior Experience Directly Supporting Financial Advisors (Preferred)Bachelor's or Associate degree in finance or Similar Field (Preferred)Clear and Professional Communication (Verbal and Written)Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational SkillsSelf-Starter with Growth MindsetAbility to Learn and Adapt to ChangesWhat's In It For YouPay: $60,000 - $75,000 DOEPTOPaid HolidaysHealth Insurance401(k) + Company MatchProfessional Growth and Development OpportunitiesCheck Us Out!Website: https://www.lamkinwealth.com/If you think we'd make a great match, apply today!Company DescriptionWe are composed of a team of trusted experts and financial advisors who can help you with wealth management, estate planning, and other financial needs.
