{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"2f8f16ec88ce2c40d43633a6","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/2f8f16ec88ce2c40d43633a6","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/2f8f16ec88ce2c40d43633a6","title":"Electronics Responsible Engineer V","description":"Responsible Product Engineer/Certified Principal Engineer\nLocation: This position does not support teleworking; the selected candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Littleton CO and expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full‑time.\n\nKey Activities\n\nDigital products include digital processing, software defined radio, command & data handling, controls & avionics, and any other digital systems that are utilized on Lockheed Martin space or missile systems.\n\nThe critical skills utilized in this role will include experience in FPGA and/or ASIC design, Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) design, Embedded Software, FPGA Gateware, Systems Engineering/Requirements Management, Systems Integration & Test, Guidance Navigation & Control, and Electrical Engineering.\n\nRequirements\n\nExperience in a Responsible Engineer / Product Lead role for analog and digital electronics.\n\nExperience working with Subcontractors and sub-tier suppliers.\n\nFamiliarity with other engineering processes, disciplines and Subject Matter Experts.\n\nFamiliarity with processes on failure investigation (root cause analysis, Failure Review Boards, etc.).\n\nExperience supporting the technical evaluation of design and requirements verification.\n\nExperience in different phases of aerospace electronic component development cycle.\n\nExperience interacting with peers, management and government customers.\n\nProficiency in presentations and in written communications.\n\n8+ years of professional experience.\n\nMust have an active DoD Top Secret clearance, thus you are a US Citizen.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\nBachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.\n\nElectronics and/or software background.\n\nExperience in development of Analog or Digital Electronic circuitry.\n\nExperience as a Responsible Engineer of analog and/or digital electronics.\n\nDesired Skills\n\nMasters or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.\n\nExperience leading technical teams.\n\nExperience developing products for space or missile applications.\n\nSecurity Clearance\nTop Secret (active DoD clearance). Must be a US Citizen.\n\nWork Schedule\n9x80 every other Friday off.\n\nSalary\nThe annual base salary range for this position varies by state: $139,600 - $246,100 (general guideline).
