Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in Eagan, MN for a Mental Health Therapist. The therapist will work in a shared suite alongside another licensed mental health therapist in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic services such as mental health counseling and family therapy. The role also involves coordinating with other healthcare providers, maintaining accurate client case files, and supporting clients with social work and case management services in alignment with their care plans. Qualifications Expertise in Mental Health and Family Therapy to provide effective counseling and therapeutic support to individuals and familiesCompetency in Treatment Planning and Case Management for developing and coordinating personalized care plansBackground in Social Work to assist clients with resources and connection to supportive servicesStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsLicensure or certification as a Mental Health Professional in the state of MinnesotaMaster's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related fieldExperience working with diverse populations is highly desirablePassion for fostering mental wellness and a commitment to ethical practices
