Your Mission is Ours.The Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program is looking for its next enthusiastic and motivated Systems Engineer. This individual will work in a dynamic team environment integrating and maintaining the THAAD system integration laboratory. THAAD is a cutting-edge missile defense system that protects our nation and its allies from ballistic missile threats.A successful candidate must be able to interact well with peers, leadership, and cross-functional teams. They must also possess the ability to support technical discussions.Tasks Include Diagnose and troubleshoot lab issues, support Failure Review Boards Work cross-functionally to integrate and proof new system capabilities Operate THAAD Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) testbeds Develop necessary documentation to support lab operations (procedures, configuration docs, drawings, etc.)Desired Skills Familiarity with the missile defense sector. Familiarity with working in a classified environment. Ability to work cross-functionally with test, software, and systems engineering organizations.
