This is an exciting opportunity to support key executives who are actively shaping the growth and direction of the company.Job Description:The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to two senior executives in a fast-paced and demanding environment. This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, can manage competing priorities, and maintains a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate complex calendars for two executives, including meetings, appointments, and travelArrange detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries and last-minute adjustmentsAct as a gatekeeper by prioritizing incoming communications and requestsPrepare, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reportsCoordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-upsHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretionSupport special projects and initiatives on behalf of executive leadershipServe as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholdersAnticipate needs and proactively solve problems in a fast-moving environmentQualifications:5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executivesProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and discretionProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management toolsAbility to adapt quickly and remain calm under pressureAdditional Details:Highly visible role with direct exposure to executive leadershipRequires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailOccasional availability outside of standard business hours may be neededAbility to work with urgency and shifting priorities is criticalPerks:Competitive compensation packageOpportunity to work closely with executive leadershipHigh-impact role within a growing organizationAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
