As a program associate, you will support client engagements focused on driving innovation into the federal market. You will be responsible for supporting relationships with government leaders and helping them foster an innovative culture that attracts emerging technology. It's fast paced and exciting!\n\nAt a high level, you’ll be responsible for:\nSupporting federal client engagements across the US government\n\nSalary Range: $63,000-$77,000\n\nSecurity clearance eligibility required.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nAssist with the planning and delivery of trainings, workshops, and client advisory work in areas such as:\nHelping draft reports, strategies, assessments, and other written deliverables\nHelping to create presentations and visuals that effectively communicate client requirements\nSupporting in-person and virtual training and delivery workshops\nResearching and analyzing federal legislation, policy, and agency documentation\nWork with Dcode’s senior associates and program managers to ensure delivery meets contractual requirements, including cost and schedule\nRepresent Dcode at conferences, events, and meetings with leaders from government, and industry\nHelp grow Dcode’s network of government innovators by maintaining relationships with government stakeholders\nQualifications\n\nKEY SKILLS\n\nYou’ll learn something new every day in this role.
