Systems Integration Specialist
The System Integration Specialist is responsible for the installation, integration, and technical support of Pevco proprietary software within a customer’s enterprise infrastructure. This role ensures that clients are provided accurate network requirements and that all systems devices are operating as designed for full potential.
Essential Responsibilities:
Install Pevco software on customer-provided servers, as well as necessary utilities such as Java, SSMS, and Notepad
Integrate with Microsoft Active Directory, as well as with access control systems such as Johnson Controls C-CURE and Lenel OnGuard
Update and maintain Pevco’s CRM with software integration related information such as software versions, configuration details and remote access instructions
Perform software updates in accordance with customer licensing agreements and company policies
Provide customer-specific data to Pevco team members as needed for system simulations and system engineering
Collaborate with and support Field Service Technicians and Project Managers
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and co-workers
Travel to customer sites as required for on-site installations or troubleshooting
Adhere to policies of Pevco and customers
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong understanding of Windows Server operating system
Knowledge of SQL Server and SSMS
Experience with network protocols, architecture design, and troubleshooting including packet capture analysis
Experience performing Active Directory integrations
Experience with Linux operating systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
