Evaluate the correlation between Fast Outcome Metrics (FOMs) and user impact. Propose meaningful specification limits, taking into account assembly tolerance and metrology limitations.\nCollaborate with the vendors to understand their current capabilities and drive them for improvement; to ensure correct implementation of tests and calibrations; to thoroughly examine the factory data and identify anomalies.\nConduct lab validation and troubleshooting, accurately and rigorously characterizing the actuator hardware performance quantitatively and qualitatively.
