Come be a part of our team! Location: 1091 Mill Creek Rd, Allentown, PA 18106Duties:Produce professional, high quality grooms safely and efficientlyCommunicate effectively with grooming clientsMaintain cleanliness and safety in all parts of the grooming salonCooperate with your team to achieve goals and create superb customer experiencesSchedule grooming appointments and answer calls & customer inquiries related to groomingRequirements:1+ years of pet grooming experience in a professional grooming salon or completion of grooming schoolAbility to consistently groom small dogs such as Shih-Tzus in 90 minutes (1.5 hrs) or less with safe and professional resultsAbility to consistently groom large dogs such as Golden Doodles in 150 minutes (2.5 hrs) or less with safe and professional resultsCooperative / works well with othersGood time management skillsMust be able to stand for extended periods (4-6 hours at a time)Excellent customer service attitudeBasic computer literacy for use of scheduling systemsMust be able to lift 50+ lbsMust be able to bend, twist, reach, and perform other movements necessary for pet groomingMust be able to work two weekday shifts 12pm-8pm and one weekend shift 10am-6pmPay & Benefits:Earn up to $70k per year - 50% Commission with a guaranteed base wage. Medical & dental benefits for full time employeesPaid time off & paid holidays for full time employees401k retirement plan with company matched contributions for full time employeesGenerous employee discounts*Sign on bonus details available during interview/offer stage of hiring process.
