Scaling rapidly across DTC and retail channels, the company is seeking a talented Senior Accountant to help support that growth. Reporting directly to the Controller, this is an opportunity to join a vision-led, collaborative team while playing a highly visible role in strengthening financial operations, improving processes, and supporting a fast-growing consumer brand. This role is 100% remote and company is motivated to hire quickly!Senior Accountant 📍 Remote (U.S.-based | Preference for Pacific or Mountain Time) 💰 Competitive Compensation + Benefits 📈 High-Growth Consumer / Wellness / CPG EnvironmentWhat You’ll DoAs a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a key role in managing core accounting functions, supporting month-end close, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple revenue channels and inventory flows.Key ResponsibilitiesLead month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial analysisAnalyze variances, investigate discrepancies, and ensure financial accuracy across the general ledgerPerform detailed balance sheet reconciliations including cash, inventory, accruals, deferred revenue, AP/AR, and fixed assetsSupport revenue accounting across Shopify, Amazon, and wholesale channelsApply GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition principlesPartner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to improve reporting accuracy and operational visibilitySupport inventory accounting, weighted average costing, and inventory movement analysisAssist with audits, tax support, internal controls, and process improvement initiativesHelp build scalable accounting processes within a rapidly growing organizationWhat We’re Looking ForRequirements1–4+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of GAAP and the full accounting cycleExperience with balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and revenue recognitionAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets skillsStrong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detailExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environmentStrong PlusCPA or public accounting experienceConsumer products / CPG industry experienceInventory accounting experienceFamiliarity with DTC, Amazon, and wholesale revenue flowsExperience with QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Expensify, or similar platformsIf you're looking to join a mission-driven company focused on health, wellness and mindful living, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
