Under direct supervision, the CNC Programmer is responsible for the creation, editing, and optimization of CNC programs to produce mechanical parts on 3 and 5 axis CNC machines. This role involves developing highly diversified and complex programs for milling, drilling, boring, and tapping of Aerospace parts while adhering strictly to safety protocols within the manufacturing plant. The incumbent must be proficient in explaining their role within the Quality Management System (QMS) and how it contributes to product quality and safety.
