If you think you got all this (and more!) then bring it on!\n\nAS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)\n\nSupporting design/build of clean rooms, chiller plants, compressed air plants.\nPlans, designs and oversees the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities\nGathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility\nCoordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings\nPrepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition\nReviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs\nInspects or directs the inspection of construction, installation progress, and commissioning to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules\nTravel to other sites 5-10% depending on project needs.\n\nBEING A FITS PIECE COMES WITH PERKS:\n\nOne of these is the excellent, unmatched, never-before-seen customer service of our team (trust us, you’ll be amazed).
