Freight Specialist

Position Summary Torginol is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Freight Shipping Specialist to join our Logistics team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily outbound shipments, including LTL and full truckload freight, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional internal collaboration. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, works well with others, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Freight Coordination Set up and schedule LTL (Less‑Than‑Truckload) shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and carrier selection. Plan, organize, and set up Truckload (TL) shipments to meet production and customer timelines. Communicate with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries. Shipping Operations Prepare shipping paperwork, including BOLs, labels, and freight documentation. Verify accuracy of orders, packaging requirements, and shipping information. Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve issues or delays. Team Collaboration Work closely with production, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Maintain positive and effective communication with all departments. Quality & Organization Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area. Ensure all shipments meet company quality standards and customer expectations.
