Working in remote environment, this role analyzes orders using fraud detection tools, payment verification systems, and customer account data to assess risk and make informed decisions regarding order approval, rejection, or escalation. Works closely with Customer Service, Payments, and E-commerce teams to protect company revenue and ensure a safe online shopping experience.\n\nSuccess in this role requires strong analytical and investigative skills, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting established productivity and quality standards.\nThis position requires flexibility to support business operations during peak customer activity periods. Candidates must be available to work evening shifts up to 10:00 PM CST, as well as weekends and holidays as needed.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nPerforms forensic loss analysis using tools including exception reporting systems, networked store CCTV and company systems including e-commerce systems and store systems (for example: POS, SIMS, Cash Management, Refund Tracking).\nAssists in development of specialized reporting designed to identify and investigate internal employee theft, external fraud and process improvement opportunities while continuously refining parameters as the needs of the business evolve.\nProvides ongoing investigative support to Asset Protection Solutions personnel across the enterprise and serves as a corporate content expert.\nAssists Asset Protection Solutions management team in implementing proactive controls to mitigate risks in company programs and communicate them throughout the organization.\nEnforces the ethics and integrity standards of the Company by identifying non-compliance of company policies.\nInitiates further investigation to address and correct non-compliance while championing and supporting continuous improvement of current policies and procedures.\nWorks in a team environment that is inclusive of unique and diverse views.
