Job Title: Technical RecruiterPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support hiring efforts across a variety of technology-focused positions. This individual will manage the recruitment lifecycle from requisition kickoff through candidate onboarding while partnering closely with business leaders to attract top talent.Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and candidate engagement.• Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand workforce needs, develop recruitment plans, and ensure timely hiring outcomes.• Identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels, including professional networks, referrals, online platforms, and direct outreach initiatives.• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.• Monitor recruitment metrics, maintain accurate records within ATS platforms, coordinate with external recruiting partners when applicable, and contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives such as university outreach programs and internship hiring.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related discipline preferred.• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong preference for experience supporting technology or IT-focused hiring.Skills & Experience:• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies; familiarity with enterprise ATS platforms is preferred.• Ability to understand and assess technology-focused positions across software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, cloud, and related domains.• Strong candidate sourcing capabilities, including advanced search techniques, market research, networking, and passive candidate engagement.• Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.Work Environment:• Hybrid work arrangement requiring regular in-office collaboration several days each week, with flexibility to attend additional onsite meetings and team activities as needed.
