This position is located in Chicago, IL. As a Learning Strategy Program Coordinator, you will provide daily project support and coordination to the Learning Strategy team under Global Learning. You will be responsible for managing administrative and supportive tasks for mentoring programs in addition to collaborating on special projects. This candidate will support Mentoring Together mentoring programs as project coordinator. This candidate will be responsible for tracking and analyzing key mentoring metrics in addition to spending time daily in mentoring platform, Chronus, and mentoring inbox. An ability to display mentoring metrics in ways that are easy to read and beautiful is critical. There is an opportunity, too, for this candidate to develop and facilitate some mentoring training content, but only if desired by candidate and only after all other responsibilities are fulfilled.Core ResponsibilitiesAssist with the design and deployment of mentoring programs for current and future employees, including working with individual and unique mentoring stakeholders across the businessFacilitate mentoring program offerings to include trainings, orientations, informational sessions, and quarterly data review meetingsCoordinate and assist with the execution of trainings, orientations, and events, i.e., preparing content materials, scheduled communications, confirming attendance, and day of coordinationProvide creative, interactive, and technical support for trainings, orientations, and learning and development activities, most of which will be virtual (Microsoft Teams calls or Microsoft Teams Webinars)Maintain records of learning and development activities, registration, and attendance in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and mentoring platform (Chronus)Track & analyze success metrics including surveys, enrollment, participation, compliance, and engagementAdminister and assist with the analysis of surveys to provide continuous improvement of program offeringsAssist with the analysis of program effectiveness and ROICreate and deploy communications specific to programs, trainings, and learning and development activitiesProvide support for distribution email inboxes & calendarsKeep up to date on industry trends to identify new approaches and methods to trainingAssist with ad hoc projects as neededRequired Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of current experience providing learning and development project coordination and supportExperience with Learning Management Systems preferred; experience with Chronus is a bonusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong Outlook calendar and inbox management experienceAdvanced experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) requiredExperience using Microsoft Teams (Webinars), SharePoint and OneDrive preferredAbility to be flexible and accommodating with last minute schedule changesSuperior follow-through, organization, time management, and attention to detailAbility to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including senior leadershipMust be committed to ongoing professional developmentHigh learning agility and ability to adapt to changeGreat initiative with the ability to be a collaborative team playerPositive, professional attitude and presence; ability to exhibit exceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationWork EnvironmentLocation: Chicago-based only; no alternate locations will be considered.Work is hybrid — in-office every Tuesday/Wednesday + the first and third Thursdays of the month; all other days are remoteCompensation & BenefitsPay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $25.00 and $37.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
