Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney Job Description**We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our growing Workers' Compensation defense practice in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will represent employers and insurance carriers in all phases of workers' compensation litigation, from initial claim through appeal.This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain immediate hands-on litigation experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with strong mentorship and long-term growth potential.*Our attorneys handle a high-volume and diverse caseload, appearing regularly before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission, as well as appellate courts.
