As an independent contractor, key activities include assisting clients with the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties, conducting property showings, performing market research, negotiating contracts, and cultivating long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.QualificationsMust hold an active Louisiana Real Estate License in good standing.Background in Commercial Real Estate or Real Estate with an understanding of transaction and brokerage processes is a bonus.Self-motivated professional with the organizational ability to manage an independent book of business and cultivate long-term client relationships.A commitment to the highest standards of professional ethics and strict adherence to LREC rules and regulations.
