What We Need NetBrain seeks a Director of Network Strategy Engineering & Enablement for our highly innovative and rapidly growing company. We're looking for a highly analytical, data-driven and engineering-minded problem solver, willing to roll up their sleeves and drive success at NetBrain! This is how you'll do that: Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Strategy & Operations will build, implement, and continuously improve the customer and partner strategies that lead to rapid business growth. In this role, you will lead a team and partner with cross-functional leaders to drive improvement in our execution. You will improve how we onboard, enable, service, and build relationships with our customers and partners. You will develop performance metrics to measure and accelerate the success of the strategies. What You'll Do You will lead your team and cross-functional team members to continuously translate NetBrain innovation to messages, demos, workshops, POCs, etc. for go to market effectiveness Develop and Deliver world-class training and enablement programs to accelerate customer success. Provide thought leadership and advise our tier-1 customers, prospective customers and partners on utilizing AI and automation to manage their enterprise networks. Delve into quantitative and qualitative data to identify and implement the best answers to our most difficult problems. Work across the organization in partnership with other functions to guide strategic projects and harness opportunities. Continuously iterate and improve strategies and plans to accelerate GTM success and customer success Who You Are You have a proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a fast-paced team environment. You have demonstrable experience with both strategic problem-solving and process improvement. You have experience in an operating company with a proven track record of success in positions of increasing responsibility. You enjoy solving problems and are adept at developing and executing on a plan. You have demonstrated sound business judgment and are confident to act amidst uncertainty. You drive accountability, manage outcomes, and help to improve the most essential growth and profitability metrics, motivated by a deep sense of ownership of company outcomes. You are often the pacesetters of the organization, pushing to drive learning and outcomes at commercial speed. You are a fast learner and an engineer by trade. What We Offer Our comprehensive compensation package is vital in how we recognize our people for the impact they make on us reaching our goals as a company. For this role, the estimated base salary is between $180,000 - $260,000 + Stock Options. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The range listed above is a guideline, and may be modified.
