We foster a supportive and energetic environment where employees are empowered to grow professionally, contribute meaningfully, and succeed alongside a team that feels like family.What You'll DoAs a Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting attorneys and case managers by helping keep cases organized, progressing efficiently, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout the legal process.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment with professionalism and urgency.Responsibilities:Organize and maintain case files with sensitive legal documentationPerform administrative and operational tasks including, scanning, filing, data entry, and document managementSupport varying departments throughout the life cycle of a personal injury caseCommunicate with clients and other parties involvedTrack deadlines, maintain accurate logs, and ensure file movement efficiencyCollaborate with department teams, Case Managers, and Attorneys, supporting file management and administrative tasksMaintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive informationProvide exceptional internal and eternal customer serviceQualifications:Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experience in a legal assistant, administrative, or related rolePrior personal injury experience strongly preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectivelyHigh level of attention to detail and follow throughBilingual abilities highly valued, not requiredJoin Our Team!We're seeking someone who is self-motivated and eager to grow professionally.
