We hold ourselves to the highest standards and pride ourselves on our core values: partner success, innovation, integrity, student-centered, and humor.\n\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team, including members of the Partner Success team, to ensure partner needs are clearly understood and met\nCommunicate progress, blockers, and outcomes clearly within the team and to relevant stakeholders\nBuild, maintain, and validate partner reports, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and reliable\nMaintain and update partner databases, including writing and optimizing SQL queries as needed\nDevelop, maintain, and monitor BI dashboards that surface educational data for partners, ensuring dashboards are accurate and refreshed on schedule\nAssist in troubleshooting data quality issues and implementing fixes to improve reporting reliability\nUse Git for version control and collaborate on code using standard branching and review practices\nWrite and maintain scripts and data workflows using Python, SQL, and command-line tools\nWork with BigQuery (or similar data warehouses) to query, transform, and manage large datasets\nSupport the ongoing improvement and maintenance of documentation for systems, data pipelines, and processes in Notion\nFollow established engineering and data best practices while continuing to learn and grow technical skills\n\nExperience:\nWorking towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Development or a related field.
