Our dedicated team of clinicians delivers exceptional, personalized care both in-person and through our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.\n\nPosition Summary\n\nPlatinum Therapy is seeking multiple passionate, Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologists for rewarding in-person, school-based roles in Modesto, CA. In this role, you will partner directly with local schools to assess students, manage IEP goals, and provide essential speech therapy that helps children build lifelong communication skills.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nConduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.\n\nDevelop and execute data-driven, individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals.\n\nDeliver engaging, student-centered therapy sessions tailored to diverse learning profiles.\n\nMonitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust intervention plans as needed.\n\nCollaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school multidisciplinary teams to support student success.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\n\nMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.\n\nCurrent California state license as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain).\n\nStrong working knowledge of pediatric speech development and school-based service models.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nPrevious school or pediatric experience is strongly preferred.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive Hourly Pay: $55 – $90/hour\n\nSign-On Bonus: Included for qualified candidates\n\nRobust Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance packages\n\nUnmatched Support: Dedicated clinical mentorship and professional backing to help you thrive in your school setting\n\nPlatinum Therapy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
