Schedule an interview today so you can come take a look and see exactly why you should join our team!!\nEssential Job Duties & Responsibilities:\nPerform routine maintenance duties as required at the resort.\nEnsure that room maintenance requests are handled in a prompt & courteous manner.\nMake basic repairs to units including, but not limited to, air conditioners, tiles, bathrooms, all fixtures, furniture, wall coverings, sheetrock, painting, and basic plumbing.\nReplace TV’s, VCR’s, DVD’s and program TV’s as required.\nPerform preventive maintenance in units and on equipment.\nAssist grounds personnel as directed.
