This position is located in Denver, CO but can also be supported remotely.\nKey Duties:\nWork with a team of NASA and Lockheed GNCP (Guidance, Navigation, Controls, and Propulsion) engineers and software developers to verify the flight code for the Orion space craft.\nYou will take responsibility of flight requirements verification through final run for record.\nContribute on a highly motivated, collaborative, and dedicated flight software (FSW) team who specifically support the Artemis mission.\nIncorporate lessons learned from prior Orion missions to adopt new efficiencies that can be leveraged for Artemis FSW development & processes.\nReview and understand requirements and their parts success criteria.\nCreate test cases/test scripts in Python to fully verify success criteria.\nFollow a process of developing Python based testing through a final qualification review.\nReview existing GNCP verification tests in regression; identify any failings, understand the issues, and implement corrections - Run both software and hardware test beds.\nCollaborate effectively with team members, outside mode teams, developers, and principal engineers.\n\nRequired Skills, Experience, and Education:\nDue to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.\nThis position requires access to federal facilities. Candidates must possess a valid, unexpired Real ID-compliant driver's license or state-issued identification card at the time of hire.
