Ensures proposals are developed in accordance with the request for proposal (RFP) specifications and Company standards, and participates in the collection and accumulation of appropriate cost, schedule, and technical elements. Documents findings, communicates results to proposal or management staff. Interacts with internal and may interact with external personnel. Participates as a member of contract negotiating teams.\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelops and edits non-technical sections of proposals and assists technical authors in maintaining requirements.\nParticipates in cost and pricing reviews with management and customers and ensures that proposals are well written and meet the RFP requirements and Company standards.\nParticipates in the preparation of pre-proposal and proposal related submissions, RFI - Requests for information, as well as recommending the layout of the proposal.\nMay prepare research and promotional material, including marketing brochures and displays, describing the organization's various projects and technical capabilities.\nMaintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.\nResponsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company. Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.\nAdditional Functions Other duties as assigned or required.\n\nWe recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.\n\nJob Qualifications\nTypically requires a Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or related discipline.
