Currently, we’re in search of a distinguished Engineering Project Manager to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you’re a highly trained engineer with a proven history of project or program management. You’re ultimately responsible for maintaining Wolverine Industries standard of excellence and delivering projects with the utmost attention to safety and quality.Objectives of this RoleMaximize project efficiency and profitabilityDetermine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completionDevelop scope and parameters for project design and implementationIdentify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate personnelDevelop and control the full project-plan lifecycle Daily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain plans, budgets, and schedules ensuring all aspects algin with technical and business objectivesEstablishes the scope and requirements for all areas of the projectPrepare scheduled and necessary updates of activities and analysis of manpower and equipment requiredManage compliance, quality control/quality assurance, and safety standards and specificationsDevelopment and/or improvement of production and maintenance methods and processesAid maintenance in troubleshooting equipment issues as neededRequirementsSkills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering or related field of study4+ years project management, project engineering, or project planning experience (scope, schedule, cost, quality)Proven computer platform experienceExperience supporting Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) processesStrong field experience with a focus of troubleshooting and hands-on approachPreferred QualificationsStrong working knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD and Solidworks.Proven understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practicesPrevious experience with database design and developmentExperience with machine design using electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
