Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Owings Mills, MD, for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and managing behavior intervention programs. The role includes training and supervising behavior technicians, providing ongoing parent education, and monitoring client progress to ensure program effectiveness. Collaboration with clients, families, and staff is a key component of the position. Qualifications Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Expertise in Behavior Management techniques and strategiesSkills in Parent Education and collaboration with familiesBackground in Psychology or a related disciplineBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification requiredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges preferredMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
