Primary responsibilities include routine custodial maintenance, waste management, and central package delivery across district buildings. Occasional seasonal groundskeeping support may be required.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCustodial & Sanitation: Clean, sanitize, and maintain classrooms, restrooms, hallways, offices, and cafeteria areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and operate floor care equipment.\nWaste Management: Collect, empty, and dispose of trash throughout buildings and grounds. Transport waste to exterior dumpsters.\nLogistics & Delivery: Unload, sort, label, and distribute incoming package deliveries, supplies, and deliver to correct campus departments and classrooms.\nGroundskeeping Support: Assist with periodic outdoor maintenance, including clearing entryways, litter removal, and basic lawn or landscaping care as needed.\nBuilding Operations: Report safety hazards, necessary repairs, or equipment malfunctions to supervisory staff.
