The ideal candidate will take ownership of our Salesforce environment, manage and optimize our GITHUB ACTIONS pipeline, lead Salesforce releases, and oversee design and code review forums. This role is also responsible for executing effective change management and release communication strategies.\nResponsibilities:\nOwn and manage the Salesforce environment, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.\nDesign, implement, and optimize Salesforce development and deployment pipelines using GITHUB ACTIONS.\nLead and oversee Salesforce release processes, ensuring timely and error-free deployments.\nFacilitate design and code review forums to ensure quality and best practices in development.\nImplement and manage effective change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.\nMonitor and troubleshoot Salesforce environments, identifying and resolving issues proactively.\nStay updated with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to enhance DevOps processes.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
