cross-functional teams to develop Business Case and Cost Benefit analysis for prioritized initiatives within the programManage and obtain various DHHS and state approvals for initiating projects within the programParticipates in the construction of Statements of Work in collaboration with the business and other agency teams for projects within the programManage multiple Vendor onboardingEstablish and implement governance model for the programIdentify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and VendorsWork with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivityTracks, maintains and present program details, progress, status, risk and other relevant topics to senior and executive managementWork with Project Portfolio Managers and Project Managers within the program to maintain clear, effective and transparent communications.Manage resource allocations and expectations for programCollaborate with the State DIT to ensure program compliance with the State IT Roadmap and all State security requirementsPresents program status to
