Candidates are required to work on-site at the client or at the DXC office for 2 days per week.\r\nRole Overview\r\nThe PeopleSoft Technical Developer designs and implements technical solutions supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications, with a focus on Time and Labor.\r\nEssential Duties\r\nDesign and develop technical solutions using PeopleTools and PeopleCode.\r\nBuild and enhance Application Engine programs, Application Packages, and approval workflows.\r\nSupport integrations and customizations aligned to business requirements.\r\nCollaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nDOD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.\r\n5+ years PeopleTools 8.5x experience.\r\n3+ years of PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor experience.\r\nExpertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, and rules frameworks.\r\nStrong communication skills across technical and business teams.\r\nOther Qualifications\r\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.\r\nMust be a U.S. citizen.\r\nMust have or be able to obtain an Active Secret Clearance.\r\nCompensation\r\nA reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $121,300 - $225,300.\r\nBenefits\r\nFull-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
