Meet or exceed company daily goal shipping volume for outbound. Set objections and ensure pallet area are fully staffed and associates are focused on building orders to set up for outbound. Responsible for the accuracy and punctuality of all shipments. Supervises and coordinates workers for maximum safety, and productivity without sacrificing quality.\nAssists Sr Ops Manger by identifying work procedures, prepare work schedules and expedite workflow. Plan layout of shipping staging areas, to consider/incorporate data related to turnover and availability or styles, colors, sizes, weight, shipment sizes and related factors. Identifies specific employees for special recognition or those who may require coaching, to improve their efficiency and effectiveness. Assures special labeling or other non-routine shipping instructions are followed.
