We are looking for an experienced advisor who can both manage customer expectation and team expectations! This is a very fast paced job, so strong time management and multitasking skills are a must. We expect applicants to be able to: Greet customers, accurately follow BAR standards when writing up work orders, set clear expectations for the customers regarding repair time and or communication times. Preform walk around pre-inspections. Effectively communication with all team members. Understand and follow all performance KPI's Generally enjoy people and helping people solve their problems!
