As a Physical Therapist, you will work directly with patients to assess and devise personalized treatment plans with a focus on rehabilitation and achieving optimal health outcomes. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, performing hands-on physical therapy treatments, developing and adjusting treatment plans, educating patients on managing their conditions, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Qualifications Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques to design and execute effective treatment plans Strong skills in Patient Care to provide compassionate and holistic support Solid foundation in Medicine as it pertains to physical therapy practices Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and team members Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with a degree in Physical Therapy Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is a plus Commitment to fostering a positive and supportive environment for patients
