The environment supports applications requiring 24/7 uptime.Required SkillsOracle Database Administration Certified Professional (OCP) 12c or higher.7+ years installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and maintaining Oracle 12c+ RAC databases with Data Guard.7+ years troubleshooting Oracle database crashes, failures, and critical incidents.7+ years troubleshooting database performance issues.7+ years using RMAN and Data Pump for backup and recovery.7+ years installing and maintaining Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) 13c+.7+ years utilizing OEM advanced monitoring capabilities.7+ years documenting processes, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.3+ years maintaining Oracle Database Appliance HA environments.3+ years maintaining Oracle APEX database tier.3+ years performing server hardware maintenance activities.Experience working with Oracle Support Services.EducationBachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.CertificationsOracle Database Administration 2019 Certified Professional or OCP 12c+ (Required)Additional InformationLocation: Albany, NYHybrid Schedule: Up to 50% RemoteFingerprinting RequiredOn-call support may be required
