Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, particularly children, and families facing various challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals. The LCSW will utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, to facilitate positive outcomes for clients.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide crisis intervention services to clients in need of immediate support.
Deliver mental health counseling sessions using various therapeutic modalities, including CBT and Motivational Interviewing.
Offer addiction counseling services to individuals struggling with substance use issues.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with coding standards.
Engage with families and caregivers to provide education and resources for supporting children's mental health.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting is preferred.
Strong skills in crisis intervention and patient care.
Familiarity with addiction counseling techniques is a plus.
Proficiency in coding for mental health services is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Commitment to providing compassionate care and promoting mental wellness.

Pay: $87,000.00 - $92,500.00 per year
