The ideal candidate anticipates customer needs and provides solutions that address both current and future requirements.\n\nWhat you'll do:\nPerform Residential Fiber installations\nObserve all safety rules and regulations\nAssist other technical personnel in the performance of their duties when requested\nMust convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when communicating the company's products and services to our customers\nAccountability/dependability (on time and on load when scheduled and serve on call as needed)\nAsking relevant questions to ensure problems are resolved quickly or to clarify information or directions\nAssume all other duties as assigned\nWhat you'll need:\nTechnician must have a reliable truck, van or SUV capable of transporting tools, equipment, and 28’ ladder (with ladder rack preferred).\nTechnician must have their own tools (drills and standard telecommunications hand tools) to perform the job, as well as an Android smart phone and Windows 10 Laptop.\nTechnician must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This includes lace up boots with a defined 1/2-inch heel, a hard hat, a reflective safety vest, a fall resistor, and safety cones.
