Nurse Supervisor NOC
Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Supervisor NOC to join our team at ALIYA of Crestwood, a long-term care facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and compassion to our residents. As a Nurse Supervisor NOC, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the care of our residents on assigned units, ensuring high-quality care and service.Responsibilities:Assumed responsibility and accountability for resident care on assigned unitEnsure complete and prompt reporting of incidents with follow-up as necessary to Administrator and Director of NursingActively participate in committee/programs as directed by Director of NursingOversee resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning possiblePerform nursing assessments regarding the health/status of residentsEnsure significant changes in resident condition are communicated to the physician, family or responsible partyMake daily rounds on unit to ensure resident care needs and environmental standards are metWork collaboratively with other members of the interdisciplinary care team to provide holistic careReview clinical records for completeness and accuracy as necessaryMonitor, track, evaluate, and report infectionsAct as a resource for nursing staffReview applications for admission to the unit with Director of Nursing and Admissions DirectorWork collaboratively with Director of Nursing to identify and provide orientation and continuing education for unit staff membersAttend and actively participate in nursing supervisory meetingsOther duties as assignedBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Life Insurance & Critical Illness CoverageShort-Term Disability & Accident InsuranceHospital Indemnity Insurance401(k) Retirement Savings PlanOn-Demand Pay OptionPaid Time Off (PTO)Tuition Reimbursement ProgramQualifications:5-7 years of experience as a long-term care nurse; of which, a minimum of two years supervisory experience in acute, sub-acute or long-term careMust be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of IllinoisMust be proficient in the use of computer and programs utilized by the facilityJoin the ALIYA Healthcare Team:Join our mission-driven team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
