{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"2f0b09e4e98a4179e7bd3b8b","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/2f0b09e4e98a4179e7bd3b8b","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/2f0b09e4e98a4179e7bd3b8b","title":"Proposals Manager","description":"POSITION: Proposals Manager\nLOCATION: Jupiter, FL\nSTATUS: Salary-Exempt\n\nJOB SUMMARY\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following:\nProposals Execution Strategy: Support the Sales Director to develop and implement the strategy for the proposals in order to achieve the project performance and cost goals.\nProposals Strategic Alignment: Align offers with the product strategy and with the defined sales and pricing strategy, while ensuring that applicable risk management guidelines are followed.\nProposals Process: Coordinate the offer process and offer team until offer submission. May engage internal and external stakeholders and consolidate their inputs on scope, cost, and risk. Organize hand-over and start-up phases for the project execution. Contribute to continuously improving the proposals process.\nProposals Documentation: Provide accurate scope and associated costs for the proposal project. Ensure commercial, contractual, and technical scope documents are correctly prepared with reference to project, country, and client specifics including tax and legal requirements.\nProposal Risk Review: Define and quantify risks during the proposal phase. Support Sales in the risk review process.\nCommunication: Provide adequate reporting to all stakeholders.
