This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and the capacity to adapt to changing business needs.\nJob Responsibilities:\nFinancial Oversight:\nManage and oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.\nImplement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.\nNetSuite Implementation:\nLead the successful implementation and optimization of NetSuite financial modules.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate financial processes within the NetSuite platform.\nFinancial Planning and Analysis:\nDevelop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.\nProvide detailed financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making.\nFinancial Reporting:\nPrepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.\nLeverage NetSuite capabilities to enhance financial reporting and streamline processes.\nCash Flow Management:\nManage cash flow and working capital, implementing strategies to optimize liquidity.\nMonitor and analyze cash positions, ensuring alignment with operational needs.\nCompliance and Risk Management:\nEnsure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and company policies.\nMitigate financial risks through effective risk management practices.\nTeam Leadership:\nLead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.\nProvide guidance on professional development and ensure the team's alignment with organizational goals.\nAudit Coordination:\nCoordinate external audits, working closely with auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient process.\nStrategic Financial Initiatives:\nContribute financial insights and recommendations to strategic initiatives and decision-making.\nCollaborate with executive leadership to align financial goals with company objectives.\nEducation Necessary for Position:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\nMBA or CPA designation preferred.\nExperience & Skills Necessary for Position:\nProven experience as a Finance Controller in the Healthcare/Technology industry is a plus\nDemonstrated expertise in NetSuite implementation and optimization.\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset.\nExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a team.\nAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.\nWork Environment:\nThis role operates in a professional office setting.
