Job descriptionCompany DescriptionI run a specialized AI solutions business helping landscaping and service businesses automate admin work with AI.I’ve spent decades in business and now focus on building practical systems, playbooks, and tools (hosted in Captivation Hub) that small service companies can actually use.My goal is to be the trusted “AI admin systems” partner for this niche, while working with a small group of reliable implementation specialists who handle the technical setup for clients.Employment TypeContract / Freelance / Part-timeRole DescriptionAI Admin Systems Implementer (Captivation Hub / CustomGPT)-Remote ContractType: Remote, contract / freelanceI help landscapers and other small service businesses set up AI Administrative Assistant systems that:Capture and qualify leadsAnswer common questionsAutomate follow-up, reminders, and basic seasonal campaignsI provide the frameworks, templates, marketing and training.You turn them into working systems inside my Captivation Hub platform and CustomGPT.ai.Your responsibilities (per project):Set up a client sub-account in Captivation Hub:Pipelines, tags, custom fieldsCalendars & booking linksEmail + SMS templates (I provide the copy)Missed-call text-backConfigure and test a CustomGPT assistant:Upload business + FAQ docs (using my templates)Set instructions and guardrailsTest 20–30 questions and refine answersBuild and test basic automations:New lead notificationsEstimate follow-up sequenceAppointment remindersPost-job review requestI handle strategy and client relationships.You follow my SOPs/checklists and make the system work technically.QualificationsMust have:Hands-on experience with (Captivation Hub platform) or a similar all‑in‑one CRM (pipelines, automations, funnels, workflow and calendars).Experience with automation tools like Pabbly.Comfortable working with AI/chatbot tools, or willing to learn my CustomGPT process from templates and SOPs.Good written English (to adapt email/SMS templates and AI prompts).Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to follow documented processes.Nice to have:Experience working with local service businesses (home services, trades, etc.).Familiarity with SMS/email deliverability basics.Ability to record short Loom/screen-share videos showing what you’ve built.To Apply:Please include in your application:1] Your experience with Captivation Hub, or similar CRM platforms2] Link to a portfolio or examples of automation work you've done3]Your availability (How many client projects can you handle per month?)4]Answer this: "What's the most complex automation workflow you've built?"Compensation:Per project: $500–$800 per full setup (depending on experience), orHourly: $25–$40/hr, 15–20 hours typical per client.We’ll start with one paid test project, and if it’s a good fit, this can become ongoing work.What "full setup" includes:-Initial discovery call with client-Captivation Hub account configuration (CRM, calendar, templates)-CustomGPT training and integration-Core automation workflows (4-5 workflows)-Client training session (90 minutes)-30-day post-launch support-Typical timeline: 3-4 weeks, 15-20 hours total
